Terms and Conditions for Light Gallery by Réka

  1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Light Gallery Reka website. By accessing this website and using the services provided by Light Gallery Reka, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must refrain from using our website.

Light Gallery Reka is an e-commerce website selling handmade, one of a kind ceramic lamps, sculptures and other home decoration related products.

  • Light Gallery Reka grants you non-exclusive, limited, and revocable rights to access and use our website as permitted by these Terms and Conditions.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content or materials on our website without our prior written consent. All photographs and designs on this website are the sole property of photographer and ceramicist: Réka Valkai.
  • You must abide by all applicable laws and regulations when accessing and using our website. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your actions while using our website.

  1. Products and Prices
  • We make every effort to accurately describe our products and provide accurate pricing on our website. However, we reserve the right to make changes to product descriptions and pricing at any time without notice.
  • All prices listed on our website are in EUR and include VAT.
  • Shipping costs are not included in the price of the product, they will be calculated and added at Checkout
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders with incorrect pricing information.
  1. Ordering and Payment
  • When you place an order, Light Gallery Reka will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order.
  • The confirmation e-mail will include your Invoice with Reka Valkai’s Bank Account information. To complete the order, you must pay after recieving the Invoice.
  • You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for any fees, taxes, and other charges that may be incurred as a result of your use of our website.
  • Light Gallery Reka reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time for any reason. In the event that we cancel your order, we will provide a full refund.
  1. Shipping and Delivery
  • Light Gallery Reka will make every effort to ensure that your products are delivered in a timely manner.
  • We offer shipping to many countries in Europe and in the United States. Shipping costs will vary depending on the destination and weight of the package.
  • Light Gallery Reka is not responsible for any delays or damages caused by shipping carriers.
  • Please note that some products may be subject to import or export restrictions in certain countries. It is your responsibility to comply with any such restrictions.
  1. Returns and Refunds
  • If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it to Light Gallery Reka within 14 days of delivery in a perfect condition for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
  • If your product is defective, please contact us immediately.
  • Light Gallery Reka reserves the right to refuse returns or provide refunds for products that have been damaged after reception or altered in any way.
